Affordable Shipping Options for Our Customers

Our flat rate freight shipping program offers great pricing.

There are two flat rate freight programs provided to our dealers:

 $9.49 for Economy Ground - $24.95 for 2-Day and $49.95 for Overnight. 
Terms & Conditions (Available for the lower 48 States)
Free shipping options available for orders over $99. 

• Oversized items included • Must not exceed the size and weight limits for Ground shipments. Weight under 150 lbs.

• NOT REFUNDABLE IF CARRIER FAILS TO DELIVER ON TIME.

• C.O.D. and any other requested special handling fees will be added to the promo rate.

• Our Flat Rate Freight is valid for regular stock only. It is not applicable to special orders, closeouts or specially price promotions.

Returns

• We have a 30 day return policy for stock items. Anything in this category must be in brand new condition and in its factory container. These are accepted without restock charge.
  
  
• We do not accept open blister packs or returns of any software.
  
  
• All other returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to 20% restocking charge.
  
  
• All returns require a return reference number.

PLEASE NOTE:  RETURNS PURCHASED UNDER OUR "FLAT-RATE-FREIGHT PROGRAM" MAY BE SUBJECT TO THE OUTBOUND FREIGHT IF RETURN IS NOT DEFECTIVE OR RETURN IS NOT A HOOKEDAF ERROR.

Warranty

• All warranty issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. On most products, we have a 30-day window to make out of the box exchanges. Defective units must be returned postage paid. We do not send call tags or pay return freight (neither do factories).
  
  
• A return reference number is required for all warranty issues.
